Brief

• Microsoft is launching New office mobile app which combines word, powerpoint, and excel and adding some features which going to increase mobile productivity of user’s daily task.
• Some of the features are- Share nearby, Transfer file, Image to Table, Image to Text.

Problem

Using a new feature might be confusing to some users, especially which include the Modern application of mobile phone features.

Goals

• To communicate important information about the feature.
• Introduce the new feature to Users when user open the tab of that feature.
• Communicate about how to use those feature.

Solution

• For Transfer file, Image to Table, Image to Text- The team decided to Introduce an onboarding card with animation (because the next step includes the use of Camera either scanning QR code or Clicking picture) which educates the user about the features and gives an idea of how to use it.
• For Share nearby- Decided to Introduced animation on Share nearby Send and Receive button screen which gives the appropriate context to the user about the feature.
